Licensing FingerTips Personalizer Framework
Unlimited Commercial Use
This is recommended for titles that are expected to be presold
or sold in millions of copies. Licensing is per title, and there are no additional costs,
upgrades, or royalties involved. For actual licensing terms refer to
Unlimited Commercial License.
Mainstream Commercial Use
If you intend to use FingerTips Personalizer Framework in a
title that is not freeware or exceeds 50 megabytes in size,
Mainstream Commercial License applies. Licensing is per title, in units of 100,000
copies sold. For actual licensing terms refer to
Mainstream Commercial License.
Commercial Use in Small Games
If your game's package is under 50 megabytes (without
the Personalizer Redistributable Core), you can license FingerTips Personalizer
Framework for a small fee applied on a per-title basis. For actual licensing
terms refer to Small Fee Commercial License.
Use in Freeware Games or Tools
If you are in development of freeware games or freeware tools, you can
use FingerTips Personalizer Framework free of charge, provided that you inform Software Species
about your specific project and the use of Personalizer. These terms do not apply to
trialware. For actual licensing terms refer to Non-Commercial License.
Multititle Unlimited Commercial Use
If you are a game publisher contracting with multiple development
teams, you can acquire a multitile license that does not involve
royalties. Development teams distributing titles by contract with the
owner publisher may freely use the technology as required. The multititle
charges are based on time and the number of titles licensed. For example,
you can license Personalizer for six years for a total of 25 titles. To acquire

Game Development Engine Integration

mainstream game development engines to make its benefits available to many
developers and gamers.

Product Upgrade Policy
In presence of a valid license, product updates, enhancements, and future
releases may be used free of charge in any way that does not violate that license.
Software Species reserves the right to charge separately for any companion products and
services that may appear in the future.
