Personalizer v2.3 Beta is out, August 30th, 2006

Expect bugs and discrepancies; some portions of the documentation may be missing or not totally correct, and the libraries of options and actions are outdated. The release version is expected later this year; for now, just torture the Beta and tell us how it feels!
